When should I call 211/911?
211/911 should be called for any emergency. Call 211/911 when:
- Someone is badly injured or in danger;
- There is a serious risk to life or property;
- A crime is being committed and the offenders are still there or have just left;
- You have come across a major public inconvenience, like trees blocking the road;
- It’s happening now or has just happened.
