The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) District ‘A’ Police, Criminal Investigations Departments (District B, Central and Hastings Worthing) have arrested and formally Bunny Livingstone Grant 44yrs of Parish Land, Christ Church for the following offences:
District ‘A’
● Burglary –- St. Giles Nursery School between the 12th and 13th December, 2025 – Total value items stolen: $2,100.00 Barbados Currency
● Burglary –- St. Giles Primary School between the 1st and 4th of January, 2026 – Total value items stolen: $1,200.00 Barbados Currency
● Burglary –- Charles F Broomes Memorial Primary School between the 4th and 5th of January, 2026
● Burglary –- The Lawrence T. Gay School between the 16th and 19th of January, 2026 – Total value items stolen: $961.00 Barbados Currency
● Burglary –- Tyrol Cot between the 7th and 8th of January, 2026
● Burglary – The People’s Cathedral Primary School on the 25th of January, 2026 – Total value items stolen: $6,124.00 Barbados Currency
● Sacrilege – Carrington Wesleyan Holiness Church on the 22nd of January, 2026
District ‘B’
● Sacrilege – Pilgrim Road Church of the Nazarene between the 14th and 15th of January, 2026 – Total value items stolen: $8,352.51 Barbados Currency
● Burglary – Nature Care on the 23rd of January, 2026 – Total value items stolen: $9,196.97 Barbados Currency
Hastings Worthing
● Burglary – Castaways Restaurant on the 22nd of December, 2025 – Total value items stolen: $25,495.34 Barbados Currency
Central
● Burglary – Victoria Florist on the 15th and 16th of December, 2025 – Total value items stolen: $1,025.00 Barbados Currency
● Criminal Damage – Property belonging to Lloyd Ainfle Burrows on the 23rd of January, 2026
● Possession of Apparatus
● Possession of Cocaine
● Intent to supply
● Trafficking
Grant appeared before Magistrate Manila Renee in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court # 2 on Tuesday 3rd February, 2026. He pleaded guilty to all Central offences and to all District ‘A’ burglaries. He was not required to plead to the indictable offences of sacrilege at Carrington Wesleyan Holiness Church and Burglary at Castaways Restaurant. He was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds) and is scheduled to reappear on Tuesday 3rd March 2026.
He subsequently appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District ‘B’ Magistrates’ Court today Thursday 5th February, 2026 and pleaded guilty to the burglary offence. He was sentenced to eighteen (18) months at the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds). He was not required to plead to the indictable offences of sacrilege at Pilgrim Road Church of the Nazarene and is scheduled to reappear on Tuesday 3rd March 2026 as well.
