CRIMINAL CHARGES – Dario Oneal Francis
The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Narcotics Unit, has arrested and formally charged Dario Oneal Francis 36 years of St. Martins, St. Philip for the following offences committed on March 6th 2026:
- Possession of Cannabis
- Trafficking of Cannabis
- Intent to Supply Cannabis
- Possession of Cocaine
- Trafficking of Cocaine
- Intent to Supply Cocaine
The total estimated weight of the suspected cannabis is 88 Kilograms, with an estimated street value of four hundred and forty thousand dollars ($440,000.00 Bds) Barbados currency. The total estimated weight of the suspected Cocaine is 1.2 Kilograms, with an estimated street value of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000.00 Bds) Barbados currency.
Francis appeared before Magistrate (ag) Bernadeth John in the District ‘C’ Magistrates’ Court on Monday 9th March, 2026. He was not required to plead to the offences and was granted bail to the sum of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00 Bds) Barbados currency, with one surety. He is scheduled to reappear on Monday 16th March 2026.
