CRIMINAL CHARGES – Nathan Emmanuel Malik Lovell

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Criminal Investigations Department (South, Black Rock) Oistins and District ‘B’ Police Stations, have arrested and formally charged Nathan Emmanuel Malik Lovell, 25 years of Inch Marlow, Christ Church for the following offences:

• Theft of Motor Van – 21^st April 2026 Total value of stolen property: $52,000 Bds
• Possession of Apparatus – 23^rd April 2026
• Theft – 24^th April 2026 Total value of stolen property: $12,340 Bds
• Theft of Use – 25^th April 2026
• Overtaking Improperly – 25^th April 2026
• Failing to Stop After an Accident – 25^th April 2026
• Driving Without Third Party Insurance – 25^th April 2026
• Driving Without a Valid Driver’s Licence – 25^th April 2026

Lovell appeared before Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court #1, On Monday 4^th May 2026. He was not required to plead to the indictable offences and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds). The matters were transferred to the District ‘A’ Traffic Court for Monday 1^st June 2026.
