WANTED MAN – Tonio Thelstone Garnes
The Barbados Police Service is seeking the assistance of the general public in locating Tonio Thelstone Garnes alias ‘Blacka or Darkman’ who is wanted for questioning in connection with serious criminal matters.
Garnes, whose last known address is King William Street, St Michael is approximately five feet ten inches (5’ 10”) in height of a dark complexion and slim built. He has a tattoo of a firearm on his right bicep, and the word ‘Nickolett’ on the right side of his neck.
Tonio Thelstone Garnes is advised that he can present himself to the Criminal Investigations Department at the Oistins Police Station accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice.
Any person, who may know the whereabouts of Tonio Thelstone Garnes is asked to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at the Oistins Police Station, Oistins, Christ Church at telephone numbers 418-2609 or 418-2612, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1 800-8477 or the nearest police station.
Members of the public are also reminded that it is a serious offence to harbour or assist wanted persons; any person caught committing this offence can be prosecuted.
