ESCAPED PRISONER – Kadeem Tristen Otay Dolcy
The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) is seeking the assistance of the public in locating Kadeem Tristen Otay Dolcy, 34 years of no fixed place of abode.
Dolcy escaped lawful custody from Central Police Station about 9:10 am on the 7th July 2026.
Dolcy is of slim built, dark complexion, long forehead, staring eyes and long nose. He also has unkept facial hair and a piercing in each ear. He has a tattoo “ST2” on the left hand and on the right hand the word “Dosy” and the shape of a money bag.
Dolcy was last seen along Chapman Lane.
Any person who may know the whereabouts of Kadeem Tristen Otay Dolcy is asked to contact C.I.D. personnel at the Central Police Station at telephone numbers 430-7189 or 430-7190, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1 800-8477 or the nearest Police Station
Members of the public are also reminded that it is a serious offence to harbor or assist wanted persons; any person caught committing this offence can be prosecuted.
