Assisting an Offender – Akeelia Latoya Brathwaite

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Major Crime Unit (MCU), has arrested and formally charged Akeelia Latoya Brathwaite, 29 years of Cox Hill, Church Village, St. Philip, for the following offence:

• Assisting an Offender – Nigel Pinder between 12^th and 17^th September 2025

Brathwaite appeared before Magistrate Alison Burke in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court, on Wednesday 19^th November 2025. She was not required to plead to the indictable offence and was granted bail to the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00 Bds) with one surety. She is scheduled to reappear on Wednesday 11^th March 2026.
