CRIMINAL CHARGES – John Mitchell Cozier

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Serious Organised Crime Unit (SOCU), has arrested and formally charged John Mitchell Cozier, 66 years of Niles Road, Eagle Hall, St. Michael, for the following offences:
● Possession of Firearm – December 10th 2025
● Possession of Ammunition (15) – December 10th 2025
Cozier appeared before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court No.1, on Thursday 11th December 2025. He was not required to plead to the indictable offences and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds). He is scheduled to reappear on Thursday 8th January 2026.
