CRIMINAL CHARGES – Kishmar Shaquille Alleyne
The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Criminal Investigations Department (Central, Black Rock) and Black Rock Police Station, have arrested and formally charged Kishmar Shaquille Alleyne, 32 years of no fixed place of abode for the following offences:

Alleyne appeared before Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court #1, on Tuesday 5th May 2026. He was not allowed to plead to the indictable offences and was remanded to the Barbados Prison service (Dodds). The matter was transferred to the District ‘A’ Traffic Court, for Tuesday 2nd June 2026.
