The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Criminal Investigations Department (Black Rock), has arrested and formally charged Ricardo Okella Stanford, 54 years of Bank Hall, St. Michael for the following offences:
Murder – Shanell Smith March 27th 2026
Arson – March 27th 2026
Stanford is scheduled to appear in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court on Tuesday 7th April 2026.
