CRIMINAL CHARGES – Joshua Chimiere Moses-Obah

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Narcotics Unit, has arrested and formally charged Joshua Chimiere Moses-Obah, 30 years of #12 Cedar Avenue, River Club, South Africa, for the following offences committed on March 30th 2026:

● Possession of Cannabis
● Intent to Supply Cannabis
● Trafficking Cannabis
● Importation of Cannabis

The total estimated weight of the suspected Cannabis is 16.8 Kilograms with an estimated street value of two hundred and sixty-eight thousand, eight hundred dollars ($268,800.00 Bds) Barbados currency.

Moses-Obah appeared before Magistrate Keitha Ellis in the District ‘B’ Magistrates’ Court, on Thursday 2nd April 2026. He pleaded guilty to the offences and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds). He is scheduled to reappear on Wednesday 29th April 2026 for sentencing.

SHOOTING INCIDENT – Long Gap, St. Michael

The Police Operations Control received a report about 3:45 am, on Thursday 2nd April 2026, about a shooting in the area of Long Gap, St. Michael.

CIRCUMSTANCES:
Initial investigations have revealed that two males were walking along the road, when they were approached by a group of persons clad in dark clothing, wearing masks and brandishing a firearm. They demanded valuables from the two males and discharged a gunshot injuring one of them. The injured male was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) by private motor vehicle. Investigations are continuing.

IN CUSTODY – Darion Alex Hackett

Darion Alex Hackett 34yrs alias “Fatman”, who was the subject of a “Wanted Man” bulletin, issued on Saturday, March 15th 2025, in connection with serious criminal matters, is now in police custody.

On Wednesday 1st April 2026, he was brought into police custody and is currently assisting police personnel with their investigations.

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) wishes to thank the general public and the media for their assistance in this matter.

IN CUSTODY – Caroline Rollins

Caroline Rollins, 55 years, of New Orleans, St. Michael, who was the subject of a “Person of Interest” bulletin, issued on Wednesday 1st April 2026, is now in police custody.

On Wednesday 1st April 2026, she presented herself to Central Police Station and is currently assisting police personnel with their investigations.

CRIMINAL CHARGES – Derek Sebastian Abrahams

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Oistins Police Station, has arrested and formally charged Derek Sebastian Abrahams, 49 years of Windsor Road, Christ Church for the following offences committed on March 30th 2026:

 

  • Possession of Cannabis
  • Intent to Supply Cannabis
  • Trafficking Cannabis

 

The total estimated weight of the suspected Cannabis is 3.0 Kilograms with an estimated street value of twenty-four thousand dollars ($24,000.00 Bds) Barbados currency.

 

Abrahams appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District ‘B’ Magistrates’ Court, on Tuesday 31st March 2026. He pleaded guilty to the offences and was granted bail to the sum of five thousand dollars $5,000.00 Bds) Barbados currency. He is scheduled to reappear on Monday 4th May 2026 for sentencing.

CRIMINAL CHARGES – 5 Juveniles

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Central Police Station, has arrested and formally charged five female juveniles, between the ages of 14 to 16 years, for the following offences committed on March 27th 2026, along Marhill Street, Bridgetown, St. Michael:

 

ONE (1) FEMALE JUVENILE

  • Wounding
  • Causing a disturbance

 

FOUR (4) FEMALE JUVENILES

  • Causing a Disturbance

 

 

Three (3) juveniles appeared before Magistrate Burke in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court, on Tuesday 31st March 2026. They pleaded guilty to the offences and have been granted bail to the sum of Three thousand dollars ($3,000.00 Bds) Barbados currency, with one surety each. They are scheduled to reappear on Friday 31st July 2026. The remaining two (2) juveniles will appear in the Juvenile Court on Thursday 2nd April 2026.

WANTED MAN – Jaheim Remere Holder

The Barbados Police Service is seeking the assistance of the public in locating Jaheim Remere Holder, who is wanted for questioning in connection with serious criminal matters.

 

Holder, whose last known address is Licorish Village, My Lords Hill, St. Michael is approximately five feet seven inches (5’ 7”) in height, slim built and of a dark complexion. He has a broad nose, thick lips, big eyes and big ears.

 

Jaheim Remere Holder is advised that he can present himself to the Criminal Investigations Department (Central), Pinfold Street, St. Michael accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice.

 

Any person, who may know the whereabouts of Jaheim Remere Holder, is asked to contact the Criminal Investigations Department (Central) at telephone numbers 430-7189 or 430-7190, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1 800-8477 or the nearest police station.

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Narcotics Unit, has arrested and formally charged Ronald George Collins, 61 years of Unit 102, 84 Oakville, London, Ontario, Canada for the following offences committed on March 27th 2026:

 

  • Possession of Cannabis
  • Trafficking of Cannabis
  • Intent to Supply Cannabis
  • Importation of Cannabis

 

The total estimated weight of the suspected Cannabis is 26.30 Kilograms with an estimated street value of two hundred and ten thousand, four hundred dollars ($210,400.00 Bds) Barbados currency.

 

Collins appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District ‘B’ Magistrates’ Court on Monday 30th March 2026. He pleaded guilty to the offences and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds). He is scheduled to reappear on Thursday 9th April 2026.

CRIMINAL CHARGES – Oneil Ricardo McDonald

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) District ‘D’ and District ‘C’ Police Stations, have arrested and formally charged Oneil Ricardo McDonald, 43 years of #70 Goodland Gardens, Christ Church for the following offences:

  • Burglary – Caitlin Smith between 19th and 20th March 2026

 

DISTRICT ‘C’

  • Malicious Communication – Tierra Carmichael 17th March 2026
  • Malicious Communication – Que’yanna Simpson between 17th and 19th March 2026.

 

McDonald appeared before Magistrate Wayne Clarke in the Holetown Magistrate Court, on Monday 30th March 2026. He was not allowed to plead to the offences and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds). The matters have been transferred to the Oistins Magistrates’ Court for Wednesday 1st April 2026.
