The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Major Crime Unit (MCU), has arrested and formally charged Livingston Dacosta Brewster, 55 years of South District, St. George, Cashem Kode Lucien, 22 years of No. 21 Dover Crescent, Cave Hill, St. Michael and Akeem Emmanuel Chung, 22 years of Field Place, Bayville, St. Michael for the following offences:

NORTHERN DIVISION
JOINT CHARGES – Chung and Lucien
● Theft of Car – Carl Boyce between 20th and 21st December 2025
Brewster, Lucien and Chung appeared before Magistrate Alison Burke in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court, on Friday 9th January 2026. They were not required to plead to the indictable offences and were remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds). They are scheduled to reappear on Friday 6th February 2026. The Holetown matter was transferred to the Holetown Magistrates’ Court for Thursday 22nd January 2026.
