The annual Cemix Prostate Cancer Walk and Run will be held on Sunday 28th June 2026. As a result, the following traffic changes will take effect from 3:00 pm until finish.
TRAFFIC DELAYS
On the relevant date from 3:00 pm until finish, motorist should expect traffic delays along the following roads:
a) Bay Street
b) Garrison Road
c) Bush Hill
d) Dalkeith Hill
e) Beckles Hill
f) Colluden Road
g) Pine Road
h) Tweedside Road
i) Roebuck Street
j) Crumpton Street
k) St. Michaels Row
l) Bridge Street
m) Probyn Street
n) Fairchild Street
NO PARKING
On the relevant date from 3:00 pm until finish, no person shall park their vehicle or allow any vehicle to remain stationary on any of the mentioned roads.
OFFENCES
Any person who contravenes these rules or fails to comply with any order given by a member of The Barbados Police Service in uniform, is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction, to a fine of five hundred dollars ($500BDS) or to imprisonment for a term of three (3) months.
These rules do not apply to vehicles used by The Barbados Police Service, the Barbados Defence Force, and the Barbados Fire Service, or any emergency vehicle.
Police Officers will also be deployed on the day, to assist with all traffic management.
