MISSING MAN – Shem Tomas William Clarke
Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing man Shem Tomas William Clarke, 24 years of 4th Avenue, Belair Terrace, St. Philip, who was last seen on Tuesday, 28thJuly, 2026.
DESCRIPTION:
Clarke is approximately five feet nine inches (5′ 9″) tall, of slim build and brown complexion. He has long hair plaited back in cornrows, an oval head, a small mouth, thin lips, large nose, small round ears both pierced once and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of a trident behind his left ear and both his top front teeth are chipped. He has square shoulders, long arms and walks with an erect appearance. His clothing unknown. He is soft spoken and speaks with a bajan accent.
He is known to frequent the Blades Hill #2 and Kirtons, St. Philip areas.
