The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) is seeking the assistance of the public in identifying and locating a person of interest. He is wanted for questioning in connection with a serious criminal matter.

Members of the public are also reminded that it is a serious offence to harbour or assist wanted persons; any person caught committing this offence can be prosecuted.

WANTED MAN – Devon Andrews

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) is seeking the assistance of the general public, in locating Devon Andrews 39 years, who is wanted for questioning in connection with serious criminal matters.

 

Andrews, whose last known address is #2 Tamarind Avenue, Culloden Road, St. Michael is medium build with large oval face, broad nose, small ears and eyes, thick lips and he has a brown complexion.

Devon Andrews is advised that he can present himself to the Sex Crimes and Trafficking Unit or Finical Investigative Unit personnel at the Central Police Station, Coleridge Street, St. Michael accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice.

 

Any person, who may know the whereabouts of Devon Andrews, is asked to contact the Sex Crimes and Trafficking Unit or Finical Investigative Unit personnel at telephone numbers 430-7333 or 430-7194, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1 800-8477 or the nearest police station.

MISSING WOMAN – Julia Angela Layne

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing woman Julia Angela Layne, 56 years of #38 Golden Circle Amity Lodge, Rendezvous Christ Church, who was last seen on Sunday 15th of February, 2026 about 7:00 a.m. at Amity Lodge, Christ Church.

 

DESCRIPTION:

Layne is about five feet six inches (5’6”) in height, slim build and brown complexion. She has an oval face, flat forehead, small eyes and mouth, and she wears a dreadlocked hairstyle. She has a discoloration on her left shoulder and a red letter “J” on the inside of her left wrist. She was last seen wearing a red T-shirt, a red hat and pink leggings to her knees.

 

Layne is known to frequent the Dover and Graeme Hall Swamp, Christ Church areas.

CRIMINAL CHARGES -15-year-old Juvenile

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) District ‘F’ Police Station personnel, have arrested and formally charged a 15-year-old Juvenile for the following offence which occurred on Thursday 19th February, 2026 whilst at Horse Hill, St. Joseph:

 

  • Assault – Hal Prescod

He appeared before Magistrate Keitha Ellis in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court on Saturday 21st February, 2026. He was not required to plead to the offence and was remanded to the Government Industrial School (G.I.S). He is scheduled to reappear on Friday 27th February, 2026 at District ‘F’ Magistrates’ Court.

IN CUSTODY – Jamar Marco Greene

Jamar Marco Greene 34 years, aliases “Blackie”, “Black Crayon and “George” of Rock Hall, St Thomas, who was the subject of a “Wanted Man” bulletin, issued on Friday 20h February, 2026, in connection with serious criminal matters, is now in police custody.

 

On Monday, 23rd February 2026, he presented himself to District ‘E’ Police Station, accompanied by an attorney-at-law and is currently assisting police personnel with their investigations.

CRIMINAL CHARGES – Turvy Frederick

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Criminal Investigations Department (Black Rock), have arrested and formally charged Turvy Frederick 28 years of no fix place of abode for the following offences which occurred on Wednesday 14th January, 2026 whilst at Bhamjees Trading:

● Brandishing A Firearm

● Aggravated Burglary

Frederick appeared before Magistrate Manila Renee in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court #2, on Monday, 23rd February 2026. He was not required to plead to the indictable offences and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds). He is scheduled to reappear on Monday 23rd March, 2026.

CRIMINAL CHARGES UPDATE – Peter MacFarren Rouse

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Major Crimes Unit (M.C.U) have arrested and formally charged Peter MacFarren Rouse 30 years of Lot 3D2 Scotts Terrace, Grazettes, St. Michael for the following offences:

  • Affray – 3rd January, 2026

 

  • Unlawful Use of Firearm – 3rd January, 2026

 

Rouse appeared before Magistrate Manila Renee in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court #2, on Monday, 23rd February 2026. He was not required to plead to the indictable offences and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds). He is scheduled to reappear on Monday 23rd March, 2026.

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Major Crimes Unit (M.C.U) have arrested and formally charged Peter MacFarren Rouse 30 years of Lot 3D2 Scotts Terrace, Grazettes, St. Michael for the following offences:

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Criminal Investigations Departments (Hastings Worthing and District ‘A’), have arrested and formally charged Khalil Lavaar Hurley 27 years of no fix place of abode, for the following offences:

 Hastings Worthings – Worthing Beach, Christ Church

  • Murder – Andre Parris on the 9th January, 2026
  • Unlawful Use of Firearm – 9th January, 2026

 

District ‘A’ – Headley Land, Bank Hall, St. Michael

  • Criminal Damage – Property belonging to Samantha Chassang on the 19th January, 2026
  • Unlawful Use of Firearm – 19th January, 2026

  

Hurley is scheduled to appear in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court, today 21st February 2026.

IN CUSTODY – Dareo Theo Mitchell

Dareo Theo Mitchell of Chelston Garden, Culloden Road, St Michael, who was the subject of a “Wanted Man” bulletin, issued on Wednesday 18h January 2026, in connection with serious criminal matters, is now in police custody.

On Friday 20th February 2026, he presented himself to Oistins Police Station, accompanied by an attorney-at-law and is currently assisting police personnel with their investigations.
