WANTED MAN – Peter Macfarren Rouse

The Barbados Police Service is seeking the assistance of the general public, in locating Peter Macfarren Rouse, who is wanted for questioning in connection with serious criminal matters.

Rouse, whose last known address is No. 26 Grazettes New Road, St. Michael, is approximately five feet eleven inches (5’ 11”) in height, of a brown complexion and is medium built.

Peter Macfarren Rouse is advised that he can present himself to the Criminal Investigations Department at the Black Rock Police Station, accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice.

Any person, who may know the whereabouts of Peter Macfarren Rouse, is asked to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at the Black Rock Police Station at telephone numbers 417-7505/417-7500, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1 800-8477 or the nearest police station.

Members of the public are also reminded that it is a serious offence to harbour or assist wanted persons; any person caught committing this offence can be prosecuted.

IN CUSTODY – Marc Anderson Francis

Marc Anderson Francis, alias ‘Barrz’ of Mount Standfast, St. James, who was the subject of a “Wanted Man” bulletin, issued on Tuesday 18th November 2025, in connection with serious criminal matters, is now in police custody.

On Thursday 20th November 2025, he presented himself to District ‘E’ Police Station, accompanied by an attorney-at-law and is currently assisting police personnel with their investigations.

UNNATURAL DEATH – Jabarry Stephen Carrington

The Police at Black Rock Station, are conducting investigations into a shooting, which occurred along President Kennedy Drive, St. Michael, about 11:15 am on Wednesday 19th November 2025.

 

CIRCUMSTANCES:

Investigations have shown that a male was standing outside of a business establishment, when two masked men approached on a motorcycle and discharged a number of gunshots, striking the victim. Police responded to the area, pursued the assailants and apprehended a suspect.

 

Ambulance personnel visited the scene and examined the body, but found no signs of life. A medical doctor subsequently pronounced death. The deceased was later identified as Jabarry Stephen Carrington, 27 years of 2nd Ave, Thomas Gap, President Kennedy Drive, St. Michael.

 

Investigations are continuing.

Assisting an Offender – Nigailia Aliyah Brathwaite

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Major Crime Unit (MCU), has arrested and formally charged Nigailia Aliyah Brathwaite, 28 years of Cox Hill, Church Village, St. John, for the following offence:

 

  • Assisting an Offender – Nigel Pinder between 12th and 17th September 2025

 

Brathwaite appeared before Magistrate Alison Burke in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court, on Wednesday 19th November 2025. She was not required to plead to the indictable offence and was granted bail to the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00 Bds) with one surety. She is scheduled to reappear on Wednesday 11th March 2026.

Assisting an Offender – Akeelia Latoya Brathwaite

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Major Crime Unit (MCU), has arrested and formally charged Akeelia Latoya Brathwaite, 29 years of Cox Hill, Church Village, St. Philip, for the following offence:

 

  • Assisting an Offender – Nigel Pinder between 12th and 17th September 2025

WANTED MAN – Antoine Rico Carter

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) is seeking the assistance of the general public, in locating Antoine Rico Carter, alias ‘Tall Foot’ or ‘Tall up’ who is wanted for questioning in connection with serious criminal matters.

 

Carter, whose last known address is Perseverance Road, Jackson St Michael, is approximately six feet two inches (6’ 2”) in height, of dark complexion and is of medium build. He has a tattoo in the form of a cross on his left bicep, with the name ‘Antoine’ in the center, a tattoo with the word ‘Thug’ and a Centipede on his left forearm.

 

Antoine Rico Carter is advised that he can present himself to the District ‘A’ Police Station, Station Hill, St. Michael, accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice.

Any person, who may know the whereabouts of Antoine Rico Carter, is asked to contact the District ‘A’ Police Station at telephone numbers 430-7242 or 430-7246, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1 800-8477 or the nearest police Station.

WANTED MAN – Marc Anderson Francis

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) is seeking the assistance of the general public, in locating Marc Anderson Francis, alias ‘Barrz’ who is wanted for questioning in connection with serious criminal matters.

 

Francis, whose last known address is Yearwood Road, Mount Standfast, St. James is approximately five feet eight inches (5’ 8”) in height, of medium build and brown complexion. He has a tattoo in the shape of a lighting flash under his right eye and has Chinese characters on the right side of his neck. Additionally he has a tattoo with the letters ‘MOB’ and ‘MAF’ on both his left and right arm.

 

Marc Anderson Francis is advised that he can present himself to the Criminal Investigations Department (C.I.D.) of the Northern Division, District ‘E’ Police Station, Major Walk, Speightstown, St. Peter, accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice.

CRIMINAL CHARGES – 6 Males – Country Road, St. Michael

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Criminal Investigation Department (District ‘A’), has arrested and formally charged Dakai Ladavid Rashead Cadogan, 17 years of Block 3, Apartment E Country Towers, St. Michael, Jamalee Dedarkus Jadan Joseph, 16 years of Block 2, Country Towers, St. Michael, Corey David Allain, 18 years of 1st Avenue Chapman Lane, St. Michael, Xavier Zaire Leon Stoute, 19 years of Bamboo Alley, Light Foot Lane, St. Michael, Dario Kareem Cherubin Lorde, 26 years of Kew Road, Bank Hall, St. Michael and Donnico Romario Herbert, 22 years of London Bourne Towers, St. Michael for the following offences:

 

  • Serious Bodily Harm – October 30th 2025
  • Violent Disorder – October 30th 2025

 

Cadogan, Joseph, Allain, Stoute, Lorde and Herbert appeared before Magistrate Alison Burke in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court, on Monday 17th November 2025. They were not required to plead to the indictable offences and were remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds). They are scheduled to reappear on Monday 15th December 2025.

CRIMINAL CHARGES – Kevario Shakim Tasheem Griffith

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Serious Organised Crime Unit (SOCU), has arrested and formally charged Kevario Shakim Tasheem Griffith, 22 years of Wilson Hill, St. John, for the following offences committed on November 14th 2025:

  • Possession of Firearm
  • Possession of Ammunition (14)
  • Possession of Cocaine
  • Trafficking of Cocaine
  • Intent to Supply Cocaine

 The weight of the suspected cocaine is 21.55 grams with an estimated street value of one thousand and seventy-seven dollars and fifty cents ($1,077.50 Bds) Barbados currency.

 Griffith appeared before Magistrate Angela Knight in the District ‘C’ Magistrates’ Court, on Monday 17th November 2025. He was not required to plead to the indictable offences and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds). He is scheduled to reappear on Tuesday 2nd December 2025.

UNNATURAL DEATH – Terry Kellman

Police at Operations Control received a report of an incident, which occurred along Charles Rowe Bridge, St. George, on Sunday 16th November 2025 about 8:43 pm.

CIRCUMSTANCES:

Initial investigations have shown that during the inclement weather, a male was attempting to cross Lower Estate Road, when he lost his footing and was swept in a westerly direction by a torrent of water.

Emergency services initiated a search and on Monday 17th November 2025 about 6:45 am, the body of a male, matching the description of the missing man, was discovered in a bushy area along Lower Estate Road, St. George.

A medical doctor visited the scene and pronounced death. The deceased was identified by a relative as Terry Kellman, 58 years of Lower Estate, St. George.

Investigations are continuing.
