UNNATURAL DEATH – Kereen Ackeem Holder

The Police at District ‘A’ Station, received a report of a shooting along Station Hill, St. Michael, on Sunday 16th November 2025 about 5:15 pm.

CIRCUMSTANCES:

Police responded to the area and discovered a male lying motionless along Station Hill Road, with injuries to his body. Ambulance personnel visited the scene, examined the body and found no signs of life. A medical doctor subsequently pronounced death.

The deceased has been identified by a relative as Kereen Ackeem Holder, 33 years of Goddings Road, Station Hill, St. Michael.

Investigations are continuing.

MISSING GIRL – Tylah Shaniyah Faith Carter

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing girl Tylah Shaniyah Faith Carter, 12 years of Breedy Land, Christ Church, a student of the Lester Vaughn Secondary School, who was last seen on Saturday 15th November 2025.

DESCRIPTION:

Carter is five feet seven inches (5’ 7”) in height, dark complexion, of slim build, has an oval face with small brown eyes, thick eyebrows, small nose, full lips, large ears, broad forehead and a pointed chin. Her ears are pierced once and she has thick legs and calves. She has an erect appearance, speaks with a Barbadian accent and is currently wearing her hair braided in a pineapple style. She was last seen wearing a yellow shirt and short khaki pants.

Carter is known to frequent the areas of Tudor Street, Queens Park and St. Christopher Christ Church. She is also in the habit of running away.

SHOOTING INVESTIGATION – Sealy Land

Police at Operations Control received a report of a shooting, along 1st Ave Sealy Land, Bank Hall, St. Michael, on Sunday 16th November 2025 about 11:43 am.

Initial investigations have shown that three persons were gathered in front of their residence, when a motor car approached. The occupants of that motor car discharged a number of gunshots, resulting in all three persons receiving injuries.

The victims were transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by private motor car, where they are currently receiving medical treatment.

Investigations are continuing into this matter.

UNNATURAL DEATH – David Leacock

The Police at Operations Control received a report of a disturbance, at a residence along Marl Hole Gap, Halls Road, St. Michael, on Tuesday 11th November 2025 about 10:16 pm.

CIRCUMSTANCES:
Initial investigations have revealed that there was an altercation at the residence between two male relatives, resulting in one receiving injuries. Ambulance personnel responded to the scene and transported the victim to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The deceased has been identified as David Leacock, 63 years of Marl Hole Gap, Halls Road, St. Michael. A suspect is currently in police custody assisting with investigations.

Investigations are continuing.

CRIMINAL CHARGES – Jahquar Shacorey-Najah Lewis

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Major Crime Unit (MCU) and the Criminal Investigation Department (South), has arrested and formally charged Jahquar Shacorey-Najah Lewis, 20 years of Carrington Land, St. Philip, for the following offences:

  • Endangering Life – Alexander McClean March 9th 2025
  • Possession of Firearm – November 7th 2025
  • Possession of Ammunition (1) – November 7th 2025

 Lewis appeared before Magistrate Angela Knight in the District ‘C’ Magistrate Court, on Tuesday 11th November 2025. He was not required to plead to the indictable offences and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds). He is scheduled to reappear on Monday 9th December 2025.

WANTED MAN – Justin Omari Jones

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) is seeking the assistance of the general public, in locating Justin Omari Jones, alias ‘Gringo’ or ‘Elgringo’, who is wanted for questioning in connection with serious criminal matters.

Jones, whose last known address is Fairfield Cross Roads, Tudor Bridge, St. Michael, is approximately five feet six inches (5’ 6”) in height, of brown complexion and is slim built. Jones has a tattoo of two tear drops under each eye, the word ‘RACHELL’ over his left eye and the image of a face on the left side of his neck. Additionally he has the word ‘PET’ on his left forearm, an image of a cross and the letters ‘RIP’ across the back of his right hand.

Justin Omari Jones is advised that he can present himself to the Criminal Investigations Department, at the Black Rock Police Station, accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice.

Any person, who may know the whereabouts of Justin Omari Jones, is asked to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at the Black Rock Police Station at telephone numbers 417-7505 or 417-7500, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1 800-8477 or the nearest police Station.

Members of the public are also reminded that it is a serious offence to harbour or assist wanted persons; any person caught committing this offence can be prosecuted.

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Major Crime Unit (MCU), has arrested and formally charged Mikhail Raschid Bradshaw, 29 years of Workmans, St George, for the following offences:

● Murder – Akil Hinds 6th October 2025
● Use of Firearm – 6th October 2025

Bradshaw appeared before Magistrate Manila Renee in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court No.2, on Thursday 6th November 2025. He was not required to plead to the indictable offences and was remanded to the Barbados Prison Service (Dodds). The matter was transferred to the District ‘A’ Criminal Court No.1, for Monday 24th November 2025.

CRIMINAL CHARGES – Mikhail Raschid Bradshaw

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Major Crime Unit (MCU), has arrested and formally charged Mikhail Raschid Bradshaw, 29 years of Workmans, St George, for the following offences:

● Murder – Akil Hinds 6th October 2025
● Use of Firearm – 6th October 2025

Bradshaw is scheduled to appear in the District ‘A’ Criminal Court, on Thursday 6th November 2025.

SHOOTING INVESTIGATION – Cave Hill

The police operations control received a report of a shooting at Cave Hill, St. Michael about 2:25 p.m. on Tuesday 4th November 2025.

Initial investigations have shown that the victim was sitting in the area of Montgomery Pasture, when a masked man approached and discharged a number of gunshots, which injured the victim.

He was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in a private motorcar, where he is currently receiving medical attention.

Investigations are continuing.

SHOOTING INVESTIGATION – Cane Vale

The police at the Oistins station are conducting investigations into a shooting which occurred at Cane Vale, Christ Church about 3:03 p.m. on Tuesday 4th November 2025.

Preliminary investigations have shown that the victim was in the area outside of his residence when he was approached by a male who discharged several gunshots, injuring him in the process.

He was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in a private motor vehicle, where he is currently undergoing medical treatment.

Investigations are continuing.
