The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Narcotics Unit, has arrested and formally charged Shamar Azariah Richard Grosvenor 28 years of #2 Apartment, Guinea Plantation, St. John for the following offences committed on March 17th 2026:
- Importation of Cannabis
- Possession of Cannabis
- Trafficking of Cannabis
- Intent to Supply Cannabis
The total estimated weight of the suspected Cannabis is 2.5 Kilograms with an estimated street value of forty thousand dollars ($40,000.00 Bds) Barbados currency.
Grosvenor appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District ‘B’ Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 19th March, 2026. He pleaded guilty to the offences and was granted bail to the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00 Bds) Barbados currency, with one surety. He is scheduled to reappear on Thursday 18th June 2026.

The Barbados Police Service Criminal Investigation Department (District ‘A’), has arrested and formally charged Sheldon Rondelle Atherley, 49 years of Clements Ave, Bush Hall, St. Michael for the following offence:

TRACED BOY – Jordan Dominic Oneal
Jordan Dominic Oneal, 15 years of Upper Carlton, St. James who was reported missing on Wednesday 18th March, 2026, has been traced and is safe.

The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) Serious Organised Crime Unit (SOCU), has arrested and formally charged Keimar Orlando Payne, 42 years of 1st Ave Eckstein Village, St. Michael for the following offences committed on March 14th 2026:
- Possession of Firearm
- Possession of Ammunition (8 rounds)
Payne is scheduled to appear in the Oistins Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 19th March 2026.
MISSING BOY – Jordan Dominic Oneal
Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing boy Jordan Dominic Oneal, 15 years of Upper Carlton, St. James, who was last seen about 4:30 pm on Tuesday 17th March 2026.
DESCRIPTION:
Oneal is approximately five feet five inches (5’ 5”) in height, slim build, dark complexion with an oval head, medium brown eyes, thin lips, thick eyebrows and a small nose. He has small hands and a bloodshot on his left index finger. He is soft spoken, well-mannered and speaks with a Barbadian accent. Oneal was last seen wearing long black jeans, a white T-shirt, white slippers and an ‘Elmo’ haversack. He is known to frequent the Speightstown Bus Terminal, Speightstown, St. Peter.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Jordan Dominic Oneal, is asked to contact the Central Police Station at 430-7676, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477), or any police station.

Millington appeared before Magistrate (ag) Bernadeth John in the District ‘C’ Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 11th March, 2026. He was not required to plead to the indictable offence and was granted bail to the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00 Bds), with one surety. He is scheduled to reappear on Monday 4th May 2026.
